

Warranty rules
In the case of new jewelry, the invoice also serves as a warranty card.
The date of delivery of the product to the consumer is the date of signing the delivery receipt or the date of personal receipt.
The consumer will receive these Warranty Rules and Jewelry Care Guide as an attachment to the confirmation email after purchase.
The consumer can enforce his warranty claim in the following way:

The expected cost of return is 2,500,-Ft
Each product is of high value, at the moment GLS is the fastest and most reliable courier service.
Jewelry marked as "packages to be left in the post office" will be returned to the sender without receipt.
The warranty period is as follows according to Government Decree 151/2003 (IX.22.):
a) 1 year for products between 10,000-100,000 HUF
b) 2 years for products between 100,001-250,000 HUF
c) 3 years for products over 250,000 HUF
A defect is not covered by the warranty if its cause occurred after the product was delivered to the consumer, for example, if the defect was caused by improper use, disregard of the "SMALL JEWELRY" instructions, improper storage, improper handling, vandalism, natural damage, or natural disaster.
In the event of a defect covered by the warranty, the consumer may:
- primarily - at his/her choice - demand repair or replacement, unless the fulfillment of the chosen warranty claim is impossible or if it would result in disproportionate additional costs for the enterprise compared to the fulfillment of another warranty claim, taking into account the value of the service in a faultless condition, the severity of the breach of contract and the harm caused to the consumer by fulfilling the warranty claim;
- if the enterprise has not undertaken to repair or replace, cannot fulfill this obligation within the appropriate deadline, while protecting the interests of the consumer, or if the consumer's interest in repair or replacement has ceased, the consumer may - at his/her choice - demand a reduction in proportion to the purchase price, repair the defect himself/herself at the expense of the enterprise or have it repaired by someone else, or withdraw from the contract. There is no right to withdraw due to an insignificant defect.
The consumer may switch from the right he has chosen to another. He must pay the costs incurred by the switch to the business, unless the business gave a reason for the switch or the switch was otherwise justified.
If the consumer claims replacement within three working days due to a defect in the product, the business may not invoke disproportionate additional costs pursuant to Section 6:159 (2) a) of the Civil Code, but must replace the product, provided that the defect prevents its intended use.
The repair or replacement must be carried out within a reasonable time, taking into account the characteristics of the product and the intended purpose expected by the consumer. The distributor hereby informs the consumer that the expected duration of the repair may exceed 15 days, and the repair may take a maximum of 25 days from the date of receipt of the product.
The warranty period does not include the part of the repair period during which the consumer cannot use the product as intended. In the event of replacement (repair) of the product or its part, the warranty period starts anew for the replaced (repaired) product (part) and for the defect arising as a result of the repair.
The costs related to the fulfillment of the warranty obligation are borne by the company, and the cost of delivering the product to Tolnai Valéria ev. is borne by the consumer. The warranty does not affect the enforcement of the consumer’s rights arising from the law – in particular, the right to equipment and product warranty, or compensation for damages. In the event of a consumer dispute, the consumer may also initiate proceedings before the conciliation board operating under the county (capital city) chambers of commerce and industry.
The rights arising from the warranty can be enforced with an invoice.
